Customer Service Specialist

**YOUR ROLE**:
**Mission**
- Performing controls for outsourced services in context of BaaS and of Customer Service and Operations
- Managing request to ensure effective Customer request /Operations Management (timely resolution of end customer requests)
- Coordination with other internal functions of HCBE
- Joint responsibility regarding customer satisfaction with HCBE Sales and with the BaaS Customer Service team being responsible for service-oriented, efficient and effective processes

**Main tasks and responsibilities**
- Perform controls to ensure regulatory compliant and high quality of Customer Service / Operations services
- Steer vendor in area of Customer Service Operations
- Project Management: Identify need for and manage small projects to drive vendor to continuously improve service and be compliant at all times
- Close tracking of escalated Customer, Dealer and provider issues and provide recommendations / solutions for effective resolution / also to respective Committees (both Shareholders)
- Perform analysis, quality checks etc. as needed
- Close and trustful cooperation with other areas of the bank, esp. Sales & IT

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**:

- University degree or banking education, preferably in one of the fields inc. business administration/operations management, commerce, economics, and finance
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive industry or automotive-related service, preferably in Germany
- Minimum 3 years of experience in banking or financing in areas of retail and wholesale financing
- Experience in customer servicing or customer management, especially managing tickets, customer requests, taking customer calls
- Has hands-on experience in customer management IT-Systems particularly involving work flows, account management etc.
- Has a strong customer focus with service orientation and teamwork
- Able to communicate fluently in English and German
- Able to drive projects and tasks and demonstrates a high level of initiative
- Demonstrates strong communication skills and able to develop positive working relationships across all levels and functions
