I am looking for an English speaking
HR Business Partner - Fashion Industry
Tasks
The role will be about 65% operational and 35% strategic
- you will be responsible for people in Berlin, London, Amsterdam and Milan
- you will be part of a global HR team of 6 people, supporting about 250 team
members
- you will work in a fast-moving and growing company, where flexibility is
important (not a start-up anymore, but rather start-up feeling than big
corporation)
- you will have plenty of room to improve, upgrade and elevate processes (there are processes already, it is not complete chaos...)
- you will get a high degree of responsibility, creativity, originality, independence, and creative leeway
**Requirements**:
You
- have at least 3 years of experience in HR, ideally in a multicultural environment
- of which at least 12 months in a Business Partner or Manager Role
- know the German HR System, have an understanding of the German labour law
- bring a proven track record of positively influencing teams to the table
- have great communication skills, as you will challenge managers and
stakeholders for growth
- As English as the company language, fluent English is a must; but knowing German as well would not be a disadvantage
- will identify innovative solutions that positively impact the employee
experience
- used BambooHR before - fantastic Any other HR system is great as well.
