You are in your Bachelor or Master or at the start of your career and would like to get an insight into a young start-up? Help us further develop the business development at clare&me. Reach out to us and find out more- The challenge - You drive internal business development as well as operational projects in close cooperation with the founding team- You support the founding team in their day-to-day challenges across all departments, from high-level strategic to hands-on operational to-do’s- You shape our product in close cooperation with our content and mental health experts through the design of reimagined coaching sessions for Clare- You conduct detailed market and competitor analyses and stay on top of customer behavior- You suggest and implement key processes and tools to scale Clare&me as an organization- You work on other topics that come up at short notice. You are a "firefighter" and will be deployed where it burns the most- You see how a company is built, scaled and get insights into everything that’s part of it- What you are good at - You have experience in high-pace environments, e.g., in early-stage start-ups, top-tier consulting or venture capital- You’re highly driven and resilient even in a fast changing environment- You have an insatiable thirst for learning, personal growth and are highly coachable- You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders- You are striving for excellence and like to take ownership- You understand that communication and a structured way of working are key to moving fast- Your profile - You are in your last semester or higher in Business, Economics, Business Psychology or at the start of your career, maybe started your first job- You have internship experience in a fast-paced environment (startup, consulting or corporate innovation units)- You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a positive can-do attitude and the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously- Proficient in Apple Suite (Pages, Keynote & Numbers)- Attention to detail and a zero-defect mentality (even though we highly encourage failure to learn from)- You are proficient in English (German is a plus not a must)- Bonus: experience in the mental health space e.g. other startups - if not, you will get it :)- What’s in it for you - You work at the pulse of the company and will be involved in all kinds of calls and tasks that we as a founding team face- You work directly with the founding team as intensive entrepreneurial training for a potential own startup- You support a fast-paced startup in the early growth phase and are involved in financing rounds with VC investors- You work independently and are 100% responsible for results- Learn from a team that has spent years in big tech companies, agencies and is highly skilled in psychology and product development- Brave and transparent company culture where you can make an impact- We’re a coaching company so we’ll invest in your personal and professional development as well as your mental and physical well being- How to apply
