At Evolve, we have a brand-new exciting vacancy to join a fast-growing Healthcare company. Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Operations Team Lead to join their team. Our client provides Orthopaedics services to private healthcare patients around the UK. As part of your role, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of specialists.

This is a full-time position based at their head office in Berlin.

**Ideal Requirements**
- Previous experience in managing and operating teams is essential.
- Previous working knowledge of CRM processes is advantageous
- Ideally have previous work in customer service/operations environment.
- Service and result-driven work ethic and the dedication to understand current workflows in detail to support the team in a hands-on manner
- Ability to analyse data, conduct investigations and present findings in meetings.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Lead and develop a team of specialists
- Monitor, analyse and diagnose performance and patient experience based on quantitative and qualitative data.
- Develop, motivate, and empower your team through clear goals, structured development plans and regular feedback to ensure target achievement
- Continuous development of team performance through funnel deep dives, working mode analysis, live call listening sessions and feedback, quality assurance call reviews, and regular feedback sessions with action plans
- Work closely with the Growth & Medical teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, processes, and timing for new initiatives
- Support your team hands-on when required and work through complex cases
