We are immediately looking for you as a full-time Team Lead Retail Operations (g.n.).
**Responsibilities**:
- You lead our four-member Retail Management Team not only professionally but also personally, helping your colleagues develop and reach their full potential
- As a master of organization, you ensure smooth operations in the galleries. You approve gallery orders, track the merchandising plan, and conduct interim and annual inventories
- You are in charge of the efficient and effective maintenance of all stores worldwide
- You are responsible for documenting and preparing KPIs and analyses. With MS Excel and PowerPoint, you effortlessly juggle and create meaningful reports on inventory management, inventory results, portfolio analyses, marketing campaigns, and daily KPIs
- You are in charge of designing the training and development content for the gallery network. Collaborating with various departments, you continuously improve and keep the content of the Retail Academy up to date
- You are always on the lookout for opportunities to optimize retail operations. You bring fresh ideas to the table and develop innovative processes to increase efficiency
- As the architect of our knowledge platform, you are responsible for the Retail department's intranet (Confluence). You ensure a clear structure and make sure that all relevant information is easily accessible.
- You are the mastermind behind the content and organizational concepts of meetings in the retail sector. Whether digital or in person, you ensure that these events are inspiring and effective. Additionally, you play an important role in the weekly newsletter to the gallery network
**Profile**:
- You have many years of professional experience in retail management
- You have completed your studies or training with a focus on business administration, trade/retail, operations or a similar discipline
- One of your strengths is the efficient, analytical and precise compilation and preparation of information
- You have already independently managed projects in the retail sector
- You like to take on a lot of responsibility and work independently as well as goal-oriented
- You are confident and communicate in a self-assured, friendly and determined manner
- You are business fluent in German and English, other foreign languages are an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills and a well-developed technical understanding round off your profile
