**Your mission**
**PLEASE NOTE: This position can be based in Berlin, Munich, Zurich or completely remote in Germany or Switzerland.**
**Scope/ Part-time: 12-20h/week (50%)**
As a full member of our Customer Success team you will develop a deep understanding and knowledge of our product in order to reply and handle customer requests through our ticket system (Zendesk/HubSpot). You also get insights into the different areas of RaiseNow, e.g. Sales and Marketing. We are looking for someone who values teamwork and is empathetic towards his team and our customers. You should be an excellent communicator, love working independently and want to learn new things along the way.
In this role, you will learn a lot and have the opportunity to join us permanently after graduation and start your first career step in Customer Success, Product Management, Sales or Marketing, depending on your interest and skills.
In detail:

- Actively shape our customer journey
- Be part of customer onboardings
- Solve customers problems (by mail, tool or phone) and report product requests to the product team
- Identify and address customers needs by explaining procedures, answering questions, researching pending issues(s) and providing solutions and/or alternatives
- Help the team to continuously improve the RaiseNow Knowledgebase and internal guidelines
- Add new support articles and help the product marketing team with new feature release articles
- Maintain existing support articles

**Your profile**
- Ideally currently enrolled as a student: in at a university or university of applied sciences (not a must).
- Sensitive communication in German and French (at least C1), both written and spoken
- Willingness to learn new things
- Experience with cloud-based tools, e.g. Google Drive and Google Tools
- Interest in online fundraising and software-as-a-service

Nice to have:

- Good communication skills in English
- Experience with Zendesk and Confluence
- Basic experience with Git
