As a working student, you will support the Customer Support team with many of the day-to-day tasks.

YOUR MISSION
- You will be a crucial part of our Customer Support team, owning many of our day-to-day tasks
- You will be responsible for dealing with Aklamio's user questions around their reward status, serving to the user satisfaction in a friendly and engaging tone
- You will support the 1st level Customer Service Team with handling inquiries in English & Spanish through our Zendesk ticketing system
- You will help with other support-related activities like writing template replies to help improve the team's efficient work
- Handling channels will be E-mail & Chat messages

YOUR SKILLS
- You are a student and will be enrolled for at least one or two more semesters
- Passionate about customer service and understanding client issues
- High work precision with strong attention to detail and high comprehension of understanding fast complex cases
- Technically savvy and digital working proficiency.
- Fluent in English & Spanish is required, any additional languages are a plus
- Open-minded and willing to learn new things
- Team player with a positive attitude
