**YOUR MISSION**:
As the **Working Student Customer Success Operations (f/m/d)** you will wield significant influence in molding our Customer Success strategy through maintaining and improving databases and tooling, managing the reporting, and working on many day-to-day challenges a fast-scaling customer success function faces. You will work closely with Customer Success leadership, the CS Operations manager, and in sync with Parloa's Revenue Operations (RevOps) team.

**IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL**:

- Support updating and maintaining the Customer Overview in Notion, SalesForce and gDrive
- Handling ad hoc tasks such as questions on licenses and accesses.
- Manage CX tool invoice handling and tool automations (workflows, Zapier integrations).
- Facilitate the team's requests to other departments (RevOps, Partnership, Marketing).
- Maintain the reporting system in CX (SalesForce reports, Product data reports, visualization).
- Assist in internal team onboarding (documentation, processes)

- Enthusiastic and driven individual, eager to gain practical experience in operational management while pursuing academic studies.
- Basic proficiency in data analysis tools (mainly excel), with the eagerness to develop skills in this area.
- Proactive mindset, ready to contribute fresh perspectives and ideas to optimize processes and drive efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Basic proficiency in data analysis tools, with the eagerness to develop skills in this area.
- Commitment to personal and professional growth, with a desire to learn and contribute to the team.
