We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to take on the role of Program Lead for our SBN Adoption Acceleration program. This position is crucial for the successful implementation and acceleration of our SBN adoption strategies

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the global **SAP Business Network (SBN) Adoption Acceleration Program**, ensuring strategic alignment and successful delivery across markets.
- Define and execute program strategy, milestones, and KPIs, translating executive objectives into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
- Drive end-to-end supplier onboarding to the SAP Business Network, supporting global transformation initiatives and business goals.
- Champion change management across regions and business units to foster tool adoption, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable results.
- Inspire and lead a high-performing, cross-functional team in a dynamic international environment.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior / executive leadership, to align program goals and accelerate platform innovation.
- Monitor program performance, risks, and dependencies, providing clear insights and recommendations to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement throughout the program lifecycle

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in leading complex, international transformation programs, with a strong focus on change management, usage adoption, and strategic delivery.
- Proven ability to engage and align with senior stakeholders and executive leadership in multifaceted organizational environments.
- Track record of high-impact project leadership in consulting, strategy, or product portfolio environments.
- Deep expertise in program and project management within the SAP ecosystem, including ERP-centric rollout management, user onboarding, logistics operations, and financial reporting.
- Industry experience across asset management, supply chain, manufacturing, and finance, supporting concept development, organizational setup, and delivery execution.
- Demonstrated success in agile delivery of large-scale platforms, including team mobilization and onboarding in B2B market environments.
- Strong executive communication skills, translating strategic objectives into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
- Experience in defining enterprise target architectures and leading vendor evaluation and selection processes.
- Master’s degree in business administration, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in German is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational and decision-making capabilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and effectively in a global, diverse environment.
- Forward-thinking and innovative, with a passion for driving transformation and continuous improvement.
