**Your role**:
- Accountable for overall construction performance, including but not limited to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), Financial, Schedule and Quality performance for large EPC projects in the biopharma and life sciences industry
- Leading the company's construction organization on site
- Leading construction meetings with subcontractors on site
- Definition of the construction execution plan for the projects
- Definition of construction sequences and construction schedule at the beginning of the project
- Definition of KPIs to measure construction performance on site
- Develop and keep good communication and relationship with the client
- Report the project construction status to the company management as per corporate procedures
- Monitor and participate in the project risk identification and mitigation plan development process
- Ensure corporate procedures, standards and guidelines are followed within the construction discipline
- Be a visible, positive and encouraging example influence for the project team members, both internally and externally. Provide guidance and motivation to the team
**Requirements**:
- Master's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Several years of experience in related industries (biopharma, life sciences) and EPC construction management experience
- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills in German and in English
- Detailed knowledge of construction sequences and construction methodologies
- Track record of successful project delivery within a large organization
