**Discover your exciting role**:

- Support the Business Operations T&S with specific focus on project planning and execution, periodically review of performance of major projects and provide support on demand. Support the preparation of bids and internal approvals for major projects. Lead and support the implementation of improvement initiatives in the project execution area. Leading and driving all ESG initiatives within Technology & Services.

This global role will be crucial for improving the project execution of Technology & Services.

**Explore your tasks and responsibilities**:

- Monitor the progress of major projects throughout the company.
- Identify risks, develop risk management plans, and ensure their implementation.
- Measure and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project performance.
- Communicate project status updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
- Support the preparation of bids and obtain internal approvals for major projects.
- Provide on-site support for critical projects in collaboration with the project management team.
- Conduct ongoing training sessions for project managers and engineers.
- Review the implementation of project policies and procedures.
- Drive and lead the implementation of ESG initiatives and report on their progress.

**Show your expertise**:

- Academic degree in Engineering, Project Management or comparable studies
- + 10 years of related operational experience within Construction or comparable industries
- 10 years of experience in top firm EPC/EPCM and in Project Management
- Knowledge of the basic PM tools and SAP, preferable PMP certification
- Strong Leadership attitude and coaching ability
- Ability to communicate complex issues effectively to diverse stakeholders in English and ideally in German
