We are a fast-growing hospitality group with existing hotels and workspaces in some of **Europe's most exciting locations** and many more projects under construction. We **break new ground** with our **Lean Luxury** **philosophy**, creating a contemporary and affordable form of luxury. We also bring this into our **workspaces** with flexible and inspiring offices in a central location as well as high-level equipment.

For our Ruby Hans, we are looking for you as a dedicated support for at least 24 hours per week.

**Trust us, you won't get bored, as you**:

- are the first point of contact at reception for all tenants and guests of our workspace and take over office tours and inspections
- ensure the smooth running of all operational and administrative tasks, act as host and main contact person on site and are therefore responsible for customer satisfaction
- take calls and are responsible for the distribution and dispatch of mail as well as other administrative tasks such as ordering including invoice control and stocktaking
- ensure cleanliness and order in the entire workspace, organise the public areas and regularly stock our coffee kitchen and vending machine
- are responsible for the onboarding of new tenants and are the contact person and brand ambassador for all aspects of the workspace
- prepare and follow-up of conferences and events as well as their support
- organise and run independently our regular community events
- take care of the development and maintenance of the network of the entire Ruby Group as well as the sale of meeting and event spaces in daily exchange with the tenants.
- work closely with the sales department and support them, for example, in maintaining files or preparing offer and contract documents

**We've been waiting for you, since you have/are**:

- already gained some experience in the hotel industry/gastronomy or in the area of office management/coworking - maybe even abroad
- a pronounced hands-on mentality and possess a high level of quality awareness
- a positive and warm charisma, a self-confident appearance and an empathetic approach to guests and colleagues
- recognise needs and can advise our tenants in this respect
- an organisational talent with very good multitasking skills and are dealing professionally with conflicts and their resolution
- always thinking sustainably and proactively helpi to find more environmentally friendly alternatives, conserve resources and avoid waste
- work independently and responsibly
- confident in using the current MS Office programms and fluent in German and English
