Plant Supply Chain Interface Coordinator (d/f/m) Ref.10243970

**Your responsibilities**:
The Jobholder (d/f/m) will work as Plant Supply Chain Interface Coordinator on RSP and Internatco flows.
- Interface function between procurement and production
- Support Supplier Sites Intervention
- Secure the delivery on Time/ on Quality
- Direct collaboration with the internal procurement department
- Analysis of actions required to ensure ODD compliance with aircraft scheduling and manage priorities
- Missing part follow up to coordinate necessary escalation
- Improvement of the supply chain flow
- Create RPO and alert SO when required

**Personal requirements**:

- Able to concentrate and work independently on a task for a longer period of time
- Quality-oriented and responsible way of working
- High level of communication skills, flexibility, teamwork and assertiveness

**Studies**:

- Aircraft construction at least Bachelor's degree or
- Business administration at least Bachelor's degree or
- Supply Chain / Logistics at least Bachelor's degree course

**Professional experience**:

- Work preparation for at least 2 years
- Scheduling/material procurement at least over 2 years
- Manufacturing Engineering at least over 2 years
- Supply Chain / Logistics at least over 2 years

**IT**:

- Google Workspace is an advantage

**knowledges**:

- Risk management at least basic knowledge

**Language Skills**:

- At least business fluent in English
- French and German are an advantage
