Portfolio management is the glue of our organization by being the strategic advisor of all stakeholders. We drive customer value and growth thru easy to buy and easy to sell value propositions based on continuous market interaction and a solid expertise.

**What do you have to offer?**
- Proven experience (+3Y) in payroll services and strategic B2B portfolio/product management (+5Y) in the European HR market to the table.
- Strategy development for product and service offerings in a digital context for breakfast.

- Strong knowledge of the German HCM and payroll market.

- Solid experience in portfolio pricing and -pricing research. Certification is a strong plus.
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).

**Which task can you expect?**
- You are responsible for building strong market driven value propositions, business cases and go-to-market plans within your segment/region that bring together our unique combination of software-, service
- and data solutions.
- In collaboration with the segment owner, you are responsible for revenue planning (new business, upsell, cross-sell), mapping revenue targets with offering availability and ensuring adequate go-to-market and offering-market fit.
- Based on your expertise and our research, you are a trusted strategic advisor to our sales/- enablement, marketing, service, product delivery and M&A organizations.
- You have a continuous eye on the market to optimize and streamline our portfolio.
- You drive customer experience by market driven portfolio and investment choices and being the advocate of our customers across the organization.
- You will drive the integration of our product and service offering into one future proof digital customer journey for which you will set and guard the highest customer experience standards.
- You represent SD Worx on external events as an expert speaker.
- You are a true team player so challenging views, sharing expertise and encouraging intrapreneurship comes natural to you.
- With your experience you will be an important contributor to the continuous professionalization and growth of our portfolio management processes.
- You will report to the Head of Portfolio Management mid-market Europe.
- You will be based in Germany and willing to travel up to 10%.
