**About the role**:
As a European expert in HRIS and payroll solutions, SD Worx supports its Clients in their HR Digital Transformation strategy. With more than 75 years of experience, a turnover of €1 billion and 90,000 customers, SD Worx is a major player in the HRIS and payroll solutions sector.
To support and accelerate its growth in the Large Enterprise market, SD Worx is creating a new Sales Executive position in Germany dedicated to SAP SuccessFactors solutions. Join us and become part of a European team of 6 experienced sales representatives.
As a Sales Executive, you play a **central role in our growth strategy in Germany and internationally**. You will be responsible for detecting and managing complex business opportunities, mainly working with major German and/or international accounts in DACH region. You rely on your market knowledge, your network and our partner SAP to develop your portfolio of opportunities.

**Which tasks can you expect?**
- Build a strong pipeline, generate and transform sales leads
- Build a relevant business action plan to achieve your goals
- Follow up on long and complex sales cycles to close your deals
- Develop long-term relationships with SAP SuccessFactors Sales teams
- Build long-term relationships with your prospects and customers
**What do you have to offer?**
- You are **a salesperson with a first successful experience in complex sales** (Consulting Selling) with **major international accounts**.
- You are **comfortable in high-level negotiations** and know how to manage long sales cycles.
- You have **experience in the world of Human Resources** and ideally in the sale of **HRIS / payroll solutions**.
- You are proactive in prospecting and efficient in bringing a sale to fruition.
- Knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem is a real plus.
- A fluent level of English and German is required for this position.
