Head of PMO

We would like to maintain and strengthen this position Will you help us?Your mission:In this role, you will oversee and manage IT transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. You will work closely with business leaders to establish governance frameworks, prioritize project demands, and drive process improvements across multiple locations. This position requires strong stakeholder management, risk assessment, and program leadership skills.What else will you be doing as Head of PMO & IT Business Analysis?Develop and implement governance and demand intake processes in collaboration with business functional COEs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals;Analyze and prioritize incoming project demands to support business objectives, as well as overseeing and managingIT transformation projects across multiple business locations;Collaborate with IT teams to establish project structures, processes, and governance;Conduct risk analysis across project portfolios to identify and mitigate potential issues;Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance project execution and efficiency;Work closely with Business Services, business project managers, and business analysts to ensure seamless project delivery and a smooth collaboration;Manage project budgets, capacity planning, forecasting, and spend tracking for IT programs;Provide regular IT reporting on project status, risks, and key performance indicators;Lead ERP transformation projects and system migrations, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), Microsoft Field Services, Salesforce and Google Cloud;Act as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders, providing IT expertise and contributing to project discussions.How do you contribute to a successful IT PMO?At CWS Hygiene, we believe that the right personal and cultural fit is essential.
