**The HR Specialist d/f/m** is at the heart of our German HR Operations team. The role provides support to associates, manager, the global HR Team and several cross functions in related systems, processes and policies including onboarding and offboarding of associates and other programs covering the entire associate life cycle.

This position is part of the local HR Department in Germany **located in Freiburg** **and Dreieich**_ _and will be **on-site role.** It is a temporary role to cover maternity leave, with a duration of 12 months, in **full time or part time (30 hours/week minimum).**

**What you’ll do**:

- Preparation of employment contracts, references and certificates
- Support of the HR department - e.g. in onboarding and recruiting processes
- Participation in HR-related topics and in the continuous optimization, harmonization and standardization of HR processes
- General Administrative Tasks
- Preparation of payroll

**Who you are**:

- You have a proven track record of relevant experience with HR related tasks and knowledge of German employment law
- You are thriving in a collaborative and dynamic work environment in a global matrix structure
- You are confident in handling of common software products (MS Office) and an employee management system. (Knowledge of Workday would be an asset)
- You are able to have a fluent conversation in German and English language

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:

- German Social security law
