Operations Executive Oilseeds

**Job Purpose**
Performance of all aspects of contract execution and logistics from purchase to sale. Cargo movements of rapeseeds and sunflowerseeds with origin in the Black Sea region or Canada to destinations in Europe with focus on Germany, China and Pakistan.
**Responsibilites**
- Coordination and monitoring of shipments by ocean vessels and river barges;
- Stock monitoring and management;
- Provision of shipping documents in accordance with contractual requirements and import regulations;
- Verification and payment of shipping documents from suppliers;
- Invoicing and document presentation to customers;
- Follow up and finalization of quality
- and weight settlements;
- For particular commodity flows letter of credit execution: Arranging workable LCs, providing documentation in accordance with LC terms;
- Operating the entire business flow in the company’s ERP system and supporting IT infrastructure;
- External relationship to customers, suppliers, supervision companies, shipping agents, laboratories and other service providers;
- Wide range of internal contacts to departments of trading, ship operations, chartering, legal, insurance, trade finance, treasury, accounting and controlling.
**Requirements**:
- 1 to 5 years experience in a similar position in agricultural business, forwarding, letter of credit dept etc ;
- Fluent (written and spoken) in German and English (mandatory);
- Knowledge of FOSFA and/or GAFTA contract terms;
- Know-how in letter of credit execution;
- Usual computer skills and experience with ERP systems
