Customer Relationship Management Intern

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Set-up campaigns in our CRM tool and do quality assurance of all our communication channels (newsletters, push notifications, in-app messages) before hitting the send button
- Support with monitoring our campaigns, automations and A/B tests, as well as regular reporting on performance
- Brief and collaborate with stakeholders from other teams and departments, such as Localization, Content, Data, Product and Customer Service team
- Participate to brainstorming sessions for new communication touch points, campaigns or channel designs, and lead own projects that contribute to our goals
- Support operationally in daily business and continuously contribute to optimising processes

**Your Profile**:

- Passion for Marketing communication and excitement for different channels with fundamental understanding of CRM segmentation
- Ability to put yourself into our users’ shoes, take into consideration little details and still keep the big picture in mind
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- A team player who is accountable and can also work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of html is a plus
