To further enhance our qualified Customer Service, we are looking for an experienced, motivated Customer Service Account Manager in full time, based in Germany. Being responsible for the EMEA region you support and advise our international end customers and resellers systematically during the entire sales cycle.YOUR TASKS
- Creating quotes and processing orders for end customers and regional resellers
- Close coordination with the Sales Team, as well as with our international Sales Representatives
- Clarification of inquiries regarding billing and taxes
- Requests about software activation and license changes
- Maintaining customer data, e.g. in our internal CRM and e-commerce system
- Supporting regional marketing and channel sales activities
- Close coordination with experts from other Teams regarding Legal and Accounting questions

YOUR PROFILE
- You “live and love” consulting and caring for customers and business partners.
- You have at least 2 years of experience and proven competence in working with customers throughout the entire sales cycle in customer care, support or inside sales, ideally in an international environment.
- It is easy for you to understand the questions and requirements of our business partners and customers and to thrill them with excellent service.
- You are characterized by your good judgement calls, your communication strength and your negotiation skills when interacting with customers, prospects, and business partners.
- You are interested in IT and good at understanding technical contexts.
- You are business fluent in English and German. Further language skills are highly welcome.
- You are happy to be part of a virtual team where communication is predominantly online.
