Hello, we are looking for a curious Talent Acquisition Intern for our small Talent Team

**About AMBOSS**

AMBOSS is a learning and clinical decision support tool striving to empower physicians across the globe to provide the best possible care. Our founders set out in 2011 to create a tool they would have hoped to have as medical students and doctors. Since then we have grown to currently operate in 180 countries and have gained immense traction in Germany and the US. Currently, we are pursuing this mission with more than 500+ employees in our offices in Berlin, Cologne, New York, and Cagliari.

You’ll enable our teams to achieve their objectives by hiring the right people at the right time, based on team needs and business priorities.

**You will**:

- Support the Talent Team by coordinating interviews, managing priority role scheduling and aligning multiple calendars seamlessly.
- Assist the team in identifying top talent through various sourcing channels, learning how to find relevant profiles and gaining practical experience in recruitment dynamics.
- Own end to end recruitment process for working student and intern roles.
- Network and collaborate with colleagues, especially across the People Team, share ideas, and bring new perspectives.

**You bring**:

- You’re currently enrolled in or have recently graduated from a university program in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You’re **available for at least 6 months for an internship or Working Student position**.
- You’re passionate about people topics and ideally envision a career in Talent Acquisition.
- You have experience managing projects and gained hands-on experience during your studies.
- You thrive in team collaboration, are naturally curious, and have a strong drive to learn and grow.
