As an intern or working student, you will actively support our Finance and HR teams in various operational and administrative processes. You'll gain valuable insights into two key business areas – an ideal opportunity to explore where your professional journey might take you during your studies.

In the Finance Team, you will:

• Closings & Compliance: Support the team with monthly and annual financial closings, learn about essential compliance guidelines and internal audit processes, and help implement them confidently.
  
  
• Accounting & Reporting: Take part in accounts payable and receivable processes, assist with all necessary procedural steps, and handle smaller reporting or analysis tasks.
  
  
• Process Optimization: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our accounting processes across all entities – both domestic and international – bringing in your ideas and analytical mindset.

• Payroll & Contract Management: Support the preparation of payroll data and assist in drafting and maintaining employment contracts and personnel records.
  
  
• Onboarding: Take an active role in welcoming new employees – from preparing documents to organizing their first days at CYCLE.
  
  
• People Operations: Assist in day-to-day HR operations, internal projects, or specific topics you'd like to explore – depending on your interests and strengths.

• You are a registered student (e.g. economics, business studies or similar) and looking for an internship or a working student job.

• Ideally, you have already gained some experience in accounting or HR through previous internships or coursework.

• You have an excellent understanding of numbers and a high level of attention to detail and know how to use these skills to your advantage.

• You solve problems quickly and efficiently and use your excellent analytical skills to tackle exciting new projects.
