AWS is seeking a seasoned AI/ML Sr. Specialist (or Senior Business Development Manager) to help us scale our artificial intelligence / machine learning business and work directly with the most interesting and demanding customers to understand their needs and turn them into reality.

Your responsibilities will include identifying market opportunities, building go-to-market initiatives, and managing a healthy sales pipeline focused on driving wins, revenue and market awareness and penetration across DACH.

The role is based out of Germany.

Key job responsibilities
- Build and execute a strategic go to market plan for target markets in line with the AWS strategic direction
- Drive revenue and market share for AWS AI/ ML services
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Builds trust with Senior Executives and LOB owners at customers
- Build and drive a robust opportunity pipeline
- Work with partners to drive adoption of the AI/ ML solutions
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to scale impact (e.g. solution architect, product service teams, professional services, prototyping, etc.)
- Incubate new AWS Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence services and scale existing AWS services
- Represent AWS on AI/ML at public events or blogs
- Work with senior management team on market and sales strategy, AI/ML service roadmap, and initiatives to scale impact
