**We’re looking for you: Office & Team Assistant (Mini-Job, 10 hours/week, all genders, starting asap)**
Are you an open, well-organized person who enjoys getting things done, keeping the big picture in mind, and supporting your team? Then this role might be just right for you We’re a deep tech start-up based in Heidelberg - international, ambitious, and full of bright ideas. To keep things running smoothly, we’re looking for a reliable all-rounder who brings both heart and hands-on support to the small team.
**Your tasks...**
**... in and around the office**:
- Ordering drinks and watering plants (indoors & outdoors)
- Handling purchases and placing orders
- Communicating with service providers (e.g. cleaning, plant care)
- Ensuring tidiness and cleanliness
- Being the point of contact for the team and external inquiries
**... regarding team support**:
- Organizing small team events (e.g. breakfast, barbecues, game nights)
- Buying cards and gifts for special occasions
- Feel-good management: office decorations, flowers, snacks, and fruit
- Preparatory accounting (DATEV)
**Room to grow -** If you're curious and eager to learn, there are plenty of opportunities to expand your role:
- Support in HR (CV screening, onboarding new team members, correspondence with the payroll office)
- Support in Marketing (writing LinkedIn posts, maintaining the website, organizing trade fairs)
- Support in Project Management (in cooperation with the R&D team)

- Microsoft Outlook & Teams are familiar for you

- You visit the office in Heidelberg at least once a week
- You have 10 hours per week to dedicate to us
