**Your areas of responsibilities**:
- Create engaging training and implement course improvements in collaboration and coordination with the Marketing and Sales Department.
- State instructional end goals and create content that matches them.
- Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
- Create training in various formats (audio, video, e-learning, instructor-led, webinars).
- Maintain and administer the Learning management system, training documentation, and course folders
**Your profile of qualification**:
- Successfully completed a university degree in psychology, instructional design or similar.
- Proven working experience in instructional design and instructional technology
- Experience in online curriculum development, the ability to write copy, instructional text, and the ability to storyboard with an understanding of adult learning methodology
- Solid knowledge of E-Learning-Software
- Visual design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar).
- Proficient with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, as well as another European language, preferred
