- und Gesundheitsstandards für die Holding, die Business Areas und die Tochtergesellschaften und deren Umsetzung
- Aufbau eines Managementsystems für Gesundheit und Sicherheit nach ISO 45001 in der Verwaltung und den Produktionswerken
- Entwicklung von globalen Schulungsprogrammen
- Durchführung von Sitzungen des Gesundheits
- und Sicherheitsausschusses

- Abgeschlossenes Bachelor
- bzw. Master-Studium vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt Gesundheit und/oder Arbeitssicherheit
- mehrjährige einschlägige Erfahrung in leitender Funktion vorzugsweise in einem internationalen, industriellen Produktionsumfeld
- Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in der Anwendung und dem Aufbau eines ISO 45001 Managementsystems sowie in der Umsetzung von Sicherheitsprogrammen
- Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit gemäß - 6 ASiG resp. DGUV V2
- sehr gute zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen fachliche Führung zu übernehmen
- idealerweise Qualifikationen oder Erfahrungen aus dem Bereich Umweltschutz
