**Your Role**:
- ** Gestalte unvergessliche Team-Offsites**: Ein
- bis zweimal im Jahr kommt unser gesamtes Team aus aller Welt für eine Woche in Europa zusammen. Du unterstützt die Planung & Organisation im Vorfeld: von der Location-Recherche bis zur Programmgestaltung. Ohne dich kein ACCURE-Offsite
- ** Keep our Aachen Hub buzzing**: Du sorgst dafür, dass unser Office nicht nur funktional, sondern ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen ist: Snacks, Drinks und eine angenehme Atmosphäre inklusive.
- ** Welcome New Faces**: Ob Onboarding in Aachen oder liebevoll gepackte Welcome-Pakete - du trägst dazu bei, dass neue Kolleg:innen sich sofort zuhause fühlen.
- ** Organisationstalent im Alltag**: Von Post & Bestellungen über Reisen bis zur Büroorganisation: du hältst den Laden am Laufen und bringst Struktur ins Daily Business.
- ** HR-Einblicke aus erster Hand**: Unterstütze unser People & Culture Team bei administrativen Themen und lerne, was modernes HR in einem internationalen Scale-up bedeutet.
**Your Skills**:
- Eingeschriebene:r Student:in: Fachrichtung egal, deine Neugier & Motivation zählen mehr.
- Lust, anderen das Arbeiten leichter & schöner zu machen. Service-Mentalität ist dein zweiter Vorname.
- ** Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse** (unsere Unternehmenssprache). Deutsch (mindestens Level C1) ist ein must-have.
- Du liebst es, anzupacken, zu organisieren und Dinge wirklich zum Laufen zu bringen.
- Du kannst mindestens 10 Stunden die Woche arbeiten.
- Du lebst in **Aachen** oder so nah, dass du regelmäßig ins Aachener Büro kommen kannst.
