Die Position
Wir sind ein Spin-Off von der RWTH Aachen University, das mittels spezieller Beschichtungstechnologie recyclefähige Kunststoffverpackungen für diverse Anwendungen möglich macht. Wir suchen eine/n People & Culture Manager (m/w/d), um mit uns gemeinsam ein Unternehmen aufzubauen, das die Kreislaufwirtschaft für Kunststoffe in Deutschland und der Welt maßgeblich vorantreiben wird.
Deine Aufgaben
Du gestaltest eine inspirierende Arbeitsatmosphäre mit kreativen Ideen für unser Office und die Teamkultur
Du unterstützt beim Recruiting, Onboarding und gestaltest Maßnahmen zur Mitarbeitergewinnung und -bindung
Du entlastest in der operativen Personalverwaltung
Du entwickelst und implementierst Initiativen zur Unternehmenskultur
Du bringst das Team bei internen Events und Meetings zusammen
Du entwickelst organisatorische Prozesse, um ein effizientes und produktives Arbeiten zu ermöglichen
Dein Profil
Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre und verfügst über erste Arbeitserfahrung im Personalwesen oder einem verwandten Bereich
Du bist ein Organisationstalent mit einem Auge für Details
Du arbeitest eigeninitiativ und selbstständig
Du bist kommunikativ und aufmerksam
Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Über uns
Kaum ein Material hat so ein großes Recyclingpotenzial wie Kunststoffe. Allerdings lässt sich dieses Potenzial vor allem im Bereich von Verpackungen oft nicht voll ausschöpfen. Unsere Beschichtungstechnologie ist der Game-Changer für das Recycling von Kunststoffen und die Kreislaufwirtschaft von Verpackungen. Neben Verpackungsherstellern und Anwendern konnten wir davon auch die Jury des renommierten EU EIC Accelerator Programms überzeugen. Im Jahr 2025 gehen ersten Produkte mit unserer Technologie in den Markt.
Unser Ziel ist, die Verpackungsbranche nachhaltig zu verändern, Kunststoffverpackungen im Kreislauf zu ermöglichen und damit die CO2-Belastung des Klimas zu reduzieren. Um das zu schaffen, suchen wir motivierte Teamplayer, die uns auf dieser Mission unterstützen.
