The Role
Wir suchen dich als People Business Operations Partner (m/w/d) – für eine Schlüsselrolle in unserem schnell wachsenden Unternehmen der Halbleiterindustrie.

In dieser Rolle gestaltest du gemeinsam mit uns die zentralen HR-Themen: Payroll, Verträge, Mobilität und Reporting. Gleichzeitig bist du Sparringspartnerin und vertrauensvoller Berater*in für unser Führungsteam. Dein Beitrag stellt sicher, dass unsere HR-Prozesse nicht nur reibungslos laufen, sondern echte Exzellenz zeigen – und das in einem dynamischen, internationalen Umfeld.

To join our team, you should be excited to

• Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung der Payroll für NL und DE sowie Unterstützung bei internationalen Payroll-Fällen
• Verwaltung von Verträgen und Mitarbeiteradministration innerhalb unseres HRIS und mit internationalen Kooperationspartnern
• Fachkenntnisse in den Bereichen Mobilität, einschließlich Relocation, Visa-Prozessen und grenzüberschreitender Unterstützung
• Unterstützung des Führungsteams als Vertrauenspartner bei People-Ops- und Business-Partnering-Themen
• Erstellung von Reports und Analysen, die als Grundlage für Entscheidungen dienen und Unternehmensrichtlinien mitgestalten
• Zusammenarbeit mit externen Experten (Arbeitsrecht, Versicherungen, Buchhaltung, Relocation-/Visa-Spezialistinnen), um reibungslose Abläufe im Zuge des Unternehmenswachstums sicherzustellen
• Mitarbeit an der Erstellung und Einführung von Richtlinien, die Compliance, Klarheit und Unternehmenskultur fördern

Your Qualifications

• Mindestens 5 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Bereich People Operations sowie 5 Jahre im Business Partnering in einem internationalen Unternehmen
• Erfahrung in einem schnell wachsenden Startup-Umfeld, idealerweise im Deep-Tech-Bereich
• Umfassendes Wissen über HRIS-Systeme, Relocation- & Visa-Plattformen, Payroll-Prozesse und Reporting-Analysen
• Ausgeprägte Entscheidungsfähigkeit, Kollaborations- und Stakeholder-Management-Skills, mit nachweislicher Fähigkeit, operative Anforderungen mit der Employee Experience in Einklang zu bringen
• Hohe emotionale Intelligenz (EQ), mit der Fähigkeit, Vertrauen aufzubauen und professionell sowie integer zu handeln
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) und Englischkenntnisse
• Wachstumsorientierte Denkweise sowie eine proaktive, hands-on Arbeitsweise
