**Your Role**

Contract length: 6 months initially

Location: Berlin (4 days a week in office)

Language requirement: Fluent German

If you enjoy and want to grow their skills within the Commercial side of business, this role is for you. You will report directly into the Managing Partner and execute strategies across across 3 key areas with the support of the team:

- Identifying and running targeted events
- Market Research and Trend Analysis: Identify relevant events by analyzing current and emerging market trends.
- Event Planning and Execution: Develop a detailed event plan tailored to the German market, focusing on specific industries.
- Target Audience Identification: Identify Chief People Officers (CPOs) and Heads of Talent across Germany who would benefit from our services.
- Event Content Development: Create compelling content addressing industry challenges and opportunities.
- Logistics and Coordination: Manage event logistics, ensuring seamless execution and a positive attendee experience.
- Post-Event Analysis: Evaluate event success and gather feedback for future improvements.

2. Identifying Potential Business Clients
- Market Segmentation: Identify potential business clients within high-growth and high-potential sectors.
- Outreach and Engagement: Execute targeted outreach campaigns to introduce Chapter 2’s services to potential clients.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients using HubSpot.
- Partnership Development: Cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance our service offerings.

3. Collaborating with the Internal Marketing Team
- Information Sharing: Work closely with the marketing team to share insights and data on market needs and event outcomes.
- Campaign Management: Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns to amplify Chapter 2’s presence.
- Brand Amplification: Utilize various channels to amplify Chapter 2’s message, ensuring consistency in communications.
- Internal Communication: Facilitate communication between marketing and other departments to ensure collaboration and alignment.

**About you**
- Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and a strong curiosity for new technologies. Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
- Mindset: A flexible generalist with a solution-oriented, pragmatic approach. Passionate about growth startups and industry transformation.
- Hands-On Mentality: Driven by implementation and tangible results. Comfortable engaging directly with customers, suppliers, partners, and investors.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both German and English, with strong business communication skills in both languages.
- Education: Outstanding academic background in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
