We are looking for a **(Senior) Talent Sourcer, Tech** (all genders)** to join our **Tech and Product Recruitment Squad** on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

**Your main dish**:

- You create and maintain relationships with other recruiters, internal stakeholders and hiring managers to align on an overall talent acquisition strategy.
- You are consulting both recruiters and hiring managers on sourcing topics.
- You are able to use data to support your ideas and process optimization.

**The ingredients you bring to the table**:

- You want to develop yourself in researching the best ways to find and engage with technical talents through LinkedIn Recruiter, X-ray searching (building boolean strings) and partnering with Employer Branding to leverage different social media channels.
- You have analytical skills and the ability to track sourcing metrics, draw insights, and translate into action with the help of your stakeholders.
- You have experience developing innovative strategies to ensure talent pipelines are continuously being strengthened.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You have the ability to multitask and prioritize different projects at the same time and are excited to solve problems and love to challenge the status quo.
