SUMMARY

We're looking for a Contract Technical Sourcer to join our Talent team. You will help us identify, engage, and pipeline exceptional talent - especially diverse and highly technical candidates across engineering, machine learning, product, and GTM-adjacent technical roles. You will report to the Director of People Operations and Talent.

3-month CONTRACT - 100% remote - Location: Germany, UK, or Serbia

  • This is a remote position, but we cannot hire anybody outside of the UK, Germany, or Serbia for this position.

  • There is a possibility for this to become a full-time TA Partner opportunity in 2026.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a Technical Sourcer, you'll make an impact by:

  • Owning top-of-funnel research and pipelining for all assigned roles

  • Creating and executing diversity-centered sourcing strategies to reach underrepresented groups in tech

  • Sourcing for highly technical roles (software engineering, ML/AI, product, etc.)

  • Conducting first-round phone screens to assess skills, level, interest, and alignment with Rasa

  • Delivering a high-touch, human experience tailored to Rasa's values

  • Partnering with Rasa's Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and Hiring Managers on intake alignment

ABOUT YOU

  • 2+ years of technical sourcing experience (agency and/or in-house)

  • Demonstrated ability to source diverse, underrepresented talent at scale

  • Strong skill in multichannel outbound engagement (LinkedIn, GitHub, community groups, forums, events)

  • Comfort running structured first-round phone screens

  • A data-driven mindset - you look at response rates, funnel ratios, and pipeline quality

  • You are based in the UK, Germany, or Serbia

MEET YOUR TEAM

The is a 3 month contract with the possibility of converting FTE in 2026. You'll be the second hire on the Talent team and work closely with our Senior TA Partner and Director of People Operations and Talent. Talent sits within our G&A department alongside People, Ops, and Finance.
