**Deine Aufgaben**

- Unterstützung des Lösungsprozesses bei der Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Verantwortlich für die Erreichung der wichtigsten Meilensteine während Entwurfs-, Test
- und Implementierungsphasen
- Übernahme der Verantwortung für projektbezogene Leistungen und Aufzeigen von Risiken für eine erfolgreiche Implementierung
- Vertretung des Projektteams im Rahmen von Design-Workshops, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Anforderungen abgedeckt sind und alle Beteiligten ihre Zustimmung erteilen
- Verantwortlich für das Management der Erstellung von Schulungsmaterialien und die Vermittlung von Wissen an den Endkunden

**Dein Profil**

**Was du mitbringen solltest.**
- Berufserfahrung in IT-Transformationsprojekten
- Studium mit betriebswirtschaftlichem oder informationstechnischem Hintergrund
- Kommunikationsstärke und Koordinationsstärke
- Strukturierte, analytische und selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch

**Wünschenswerte Extras.**
- Erfahrung im Aufbau/Weiterentwicklung der IT-Governance
- Erfahrung in internationalen Transformationsprojekten
- Engagement, Teamgeist und Kontaktfreudigkeit
