Graduate Trainee Claims

**What awaits you**:
We offer an **individual and flexible Trainee Program **in a **modern, international reinsurance company **in the heart of Cologne. We are a young, international team that works in an **agile manner **. You will benefit from on-the-job training in the day-to-day business, where you will gain many exciting insights into the world of an international reinsurance company. You can work part of your time from home.

**Main characteristics of the Graduate Trainee Program**:
Main focus on **non-life claims **; Length of program **24 months **; on the job training - in different departments, e.g. **Underwriting, Actuarial or Finance **; potential secondment in a **foreign SCOR Location **; participation in relevant **technical projects **, accompanied by a **mentor **; appropriate training and further **education.**

**Your required profile**:
University degree in **law, commercial law or equivalent **; strong **communication skills **, fluent in English, Italian or German would be an asset; a good understanding of non-life insurance law related questions; showing a high degree of **autonomy, open-mindedness and flexibility **and capacity for **teamwork.
