What you can expect:
We offer a varied, individual trainee programme, coordinated with you, in a modern, international reinsurance company for a period of 18 to 24 months. You will benefit from on-the-job training in day-to-day business, during which you will gain many exciting insights into the world of an international insurance group. During your trainee programme, you will be supervised by a mentor.

What you do with us:
You support the Human Resources department in all its facets - from the onboarding of new employees to personnel support and assistance in the development and implementation of new CSR and D&I projects. You create presentations and evaluations for the management, but also take on administrative tasks. As an organisational talent, you accompany trade fairs and events and always come up with new ideas. We will be happy to tailor other activities to your skills and interests.

First and foremost, your personality: your analytical thinking skills and your independent and results-oriented way of working allow you to confidently implement complex content and concepts with support. You have successfully completed your studies in the field of economics, ideally with a focus on human resources or comparable courses of study.

You are creative, enjoy communication (in German and English) and teamwork and have a hands-on mentality.
