- R3AMP is an independent manager of infrastructure assets. We support financial investors to source, close and manage transactions successfully by combining our unique team experience and skillset with substantial capital commitment. This unique offering positions us at the crossroads of asset management, value creation and corporate finance and makes us the premier platform for infrastructure or multi-asset funds for the management of their large-scale infrastructure assets. R3AMP is operating partner of ARDIAN Infrastructure and support among others in the asset management of EWE AG, one of the largest German utilities.**The role**
As an intern/working student, you will be an essential member of our asset management and deal team and work on a variety of exciting and demanding tasks. In close collaboration with our clients and partners, you will be working on top priority projects for investors and portfolio companies.
**Key responsibilities**
During your internship with R3AMP, you will take on responsibility from the first day onward:
- Analysis of markets and potential investment targets
- Support of due diligence processes
- Development of financial models
- Assisting in the analysis of top-management and board documents of portfolio companies
- Assisting with the development and implementation of value creation initiatives for portfolio companies
- Preparation of presentations and memos for internal and external use
**Profile**
You should bring the following skills and qualifications:
- Outstanding academic qualifications from a leading business school or university
- Ideally, availability of 4 to 6 months
- Relevant prior internships in related fields (e.g., M&A, strategy consulting, leveraged finance, private equity, infrastructure, or transaction services at a leading auditing company)
- Strong commercial understanding of private equity
- Proactive style and strong communication skills
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory
