**Main characteristics of the Graduate Trainee Program**:

- Length of program 24 months
- On the job training - mainly in Group Compliance with an option of getting familiar with other departments working, such as.Risk management, Finance, Underwriting Management, Retrocession, depending on the Group Compliance requirement and trainee’s interests
- Supporting SCOR Group Chief Compliance Officer and the members of his department in relevant global compliance projects, processes and controls
- Appropriate training and further education

**Main content of this Trainee Program**:

- Support in compliance related matters such as Sanctions & Embargos, Anti-Money Laundering, Data protection etc.
- Support in relation to regulatory matters in particular the monitoring of offshore reinsurance licenses.
- Support Group Compliance on Annual Campaigns such as Outsourcing, Fit & Proper, Conflict of Interest and coordinate with different teams for completion of the campaign.
- Support on updation and maintenance of Legal & Compliance Share Point.
- Support on Compliance internal projects and tools
- Support Chief Group Compliance Officer on adhoc requests as needed.

**Required experience & competencies**
- Preferred 1 year of work experience gained through internships
- Detail oriented
- Strong analytical, organizational, research, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work independently; self-motivator
- Good interpersonal/communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office
- Experience in Microsoft 365 tools like, Teams, Share Point, Power BI etc
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge in German or other foreign language would be preferred

**Required Education**
- Graduate or Master Degree in Compliance, Risk Management, Business, Economics or any equivalent qualification
