We are looking for a Revenue Technology Specialist to join our RevOps Team. The RevOps Team is a dynamic group of 5, working together to build a great revenue organisation within ChannelEngine Your role within this team will be to ensure that our revenue technology systems and processes are aligned with business goals and enhance operational efficiency. **What will you do as our Revenue Technology Specialist?**

You’ll act as the Product Owner for our revenue-related systems, implementing and maintaining processes in the CRM and other systems to streamline revenue operations You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to get an understanding of business needs and identify areas for improvement in revenue technology, as well as handling systems-related requests and issues A key focus will be conducting regular analysis and reporting on revenue technology performance and effectiveness in order to drive data-driven decision-making. It will also be important for you to stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve our revenue technology solutions.

**What makes you the ideal Revenue Technology Specialist?**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in CRM systems administration,
- Familiarity with revenue-related tools e.g. Hubspot, Sales Navigator,
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills,
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English,
- Able to communicate effectively with both technical
- and non-technical stakeholders,
- Outgoing personality and energised by interactions with others,
- Currently resident in or near Leiden, Netherlands, or Berlin, Germany.

**Nice to have (but not essential)**
- Experience working in a SaaS company,
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma etc.
