We are looking for a Production Coordinator / Producer (f/d/m) to be part of the Pre-Production team.
This is a full-time position based in our location in Berlin, Germany.
Tasks
- You coordinate visual production projects. Included but not limited to photo and video shoots, visual editing, CGI visualization.
- You ensure on-time delivery of clients’ orders.
- Support our community of Creatives (photographers, videographers etc.) throughout the process: from the matching and scheduling of the order to the shooting and the upload of the media through our platform.
- You collaborate with the Quality & Community Team to identify areas of improvement on quality and creative’s onboarding needs.
**Requirements**:
- You can interact with clients and Creatives, developing a trustful relationship.

- Your passion for photography and video is driving you, and you have technical knowledge of both of them. Experience as a professional photographer or videographer is a plus.
- You are fluent in English & French. Any other language is a plus.
