**THE ROLE & THE TEAM**:
As a Creative Production Coordinator within Zalando Studios, you will be part of a strong team assisting in facilitating weekly photo and video shoots in studio and on location.

**WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)**:

- Supporting weekly photo/video shoot production from planning to beginning to end including organizing and loading equipment and supplies, driving the teams to location, and supporting the assigned team on location on the day if issues arise.
- Working closely with the other Shoot Producers and stakeholders to ensure that all shoots are prepped clearly, functioning efficiently, and wrapped accurately.
- Supporting other Shoot Producers on larger shoots as well as supporting general administrative tasks for the team as needed.
- Helping to coordinate resources such as locations, equipment, supplies, catering, etc. for each shoot and reporting and reconciling any shoot costs at the wrap of each week.

- Strong ability in proactive multi-tasking while prioritizing and managing workloads across simultaneous projects. Strength in managing expectations of all parties (internal or external) involved by staying cool, calm, and collected even when the going gets tough.
- Ability to work independently as well as a reliable team player.
- Willing and able to learn from your direct colleagues and other stakeholders, take constructive feedback, and adapt accordingly. Our team is very supportive of each other and you must be too.
- Shoot production/coordination (photo/film/live events) experience is preferable but not required. There is room for growth in this role to eventually take on larger projects.
- Excellent English language skills required - speaking and reading/writing. German language skills are preferred, but not required.
- This role requires regular workdays in-person on location as well as some days of physical prep at our offices. Some work can be done remotely, but this is not a completely remote working role.
- Your voice is important and we value challenging existing ways of working, evaluate and improve existing solutions, and remove pain points. Essentially, you bring new ideas to ways of working and improve how things are done.
- Must have a valid German Driver's License and must be capable and comfortable driving large vehicles.
