Als Operations Coordinator (M/F/d) (oder Sales Production Coordinator, wie wir dich gerne nennen würden) in unserem globalen Operations Team arbeitest Du als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Sales, Editorial, Customer Service und unseren Hotel-Partnern. Mit Deiner Arbeit garantierst Du einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Produktionsprozess, um unseren Mitgliedern immer die exklusivsten Reiseangebote zur Verfügung stellen zu können.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du bist verantwortlich für die Produktion unserer exklusiven Reiseangebote in Abstimmung mit dem Sales Team
- Du wirst Teil unseres globalen Operations Teams und arbeitest als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Sales, Editorial, Images und unseren Hotel-Partnern
- Du bist der Ansprechpartner für den Hotel-Partner während des gesamten Produktionsprozesses
- Du erstellst Preisvergleiche für unsere Deals, wertest diese aus und gewährleistet somit unsere Discount Anforderungen
- Du pflegst die Angebote in unsere internen Systeme ein und hast dabei immer ein Auge fürs Detail
- Du arbeitest an globalen Projekten zu unserer stetigen Verbesserung

**Was wir erwarten**:

- Touristischer Background ein Plus, aber kein Muss. Quereinsteiger sind willkommen
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent und kannst deine Aufgaben effektiv priorisieren
- Du hast Spaß an administrativen Aufgaben, arbeitest gerne mit Programmen sowie Office
- Du brennst für junge und dynamische Unternehmen und fühlst dich in einem sich schnell entwickelnden Umfeld wohl
- Du bist motiviert neue Aufgaben zu erlernen und dich stetig weiterzuentwickeln
- Du kommunizierst gerne und sprichst fließend Deutsch und sehr gut Englisch
