**Your Role**

As a member of the CEO Office, you are a key player in the daily operations of the company, dedicated to fostering its growth and identifying efficiencies at scale. Your role encompasses two major components: direct support of the CEO's day-to-day activities and the management of high-impact projects of your own. You will work on-site in our headquarter located in Berlin, Germany.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with many stakeholders from diverse departments to identify and formulate solutions, planning them comprehensively through analytical methods while remaining attentive to emerging challenges.
- Autonomously oversee high-impact projects for the company, managing the planning, conceptualization, and execution of interdepartmental programs and initiatives.
- Foster company growth and efficiency through collaborative engagement with departments and senior leadership.
- Responsibility for preparing and structuring CEO reporting's as well as following up with key takeaways to ensure successful implementation.

**Your Profile**

To succeed in this role you:

- Possess a bachelor's or master's degree in a business or natural science discipline from a top-tier university while your academic performance ranks among the top of your class.
- Bring relevant work experience via internships or full-time employments in areas such as start-ups, consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or related.
- innate ability to break down complexity into simplicity, combined with your exceptional communication skills, empowers you to effectively engage with stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is second nature to you, and you excel in utilizing tools such as Excel and PowerPoint, with a strong preference for SQL/Python/R proficiency
