Associate, Global Mobility Taxation

We are looking for an Associate, Tax (all genders) to join the Tax Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

Your mission:
- With guidance and training, you will support us especially - but not limited to - with regards to globally mobile employees from an income and wage tax perspective- You will be preparing tax assessments from a Permanent Establishment, Wage Tax and Social Security perspective for new global mobility cases- In your role, you will work together with our Global Mobility and Payroll team to ensure alignment between departments- You will be a point of contact for local teams around the world in order to answer tax related questions regarding equity compensation- You will develop, and work alongside other teams to develop, and implement Delivery Hero standards in contract templates, standard clauses and other consistent tax technical terms and provisions

Your heroic skills:
- You completed your tax or financial studies (Bachelor or Master) at a German university- Ideally, you have 1-3 years of experience in personal income taxation, and have acquired and developed an understanding and interest in this area.- Basic knowledge of German income tax law will be an advantage.- Basic knowledge or experience in the area of Global Mobility and Double Tax Treaties- You are keen on gaining broad expertise in our Delivery Hero tax environment- You are a strong communicator in both German and English- You are a customer-oriented person with solid organizational skills, who likes working on the tasks independently- You are interested to work in the international environment and be in touch with all Delivery Hero teams around the globe
