We are looking for an Associate, Tax (all genders) to join the Tax Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

Your mission:
- With guidance and training, you will support us in the area of personal income tax, especially - but not limited to - with regards to share-based compensation plans (RSUs, stock options, employee share purchase plans), corresponding wage tax questions, as well as high-level questions regarding personal taxation of capital gains- You will be preparing the share release data for our global payroll teams, review the data from an income tax perspective and make adjustments based on tax regulations, if necessary- You will work closely with the equity legal, total rewards and payroll teams to process share-based or benefits-related events- In your role, you will work together with our Treasury and Accounting teams to ensure funds and equity based compensation is correctly recorded from an accounting perspective- You will be a point of contact for local teams around the world in order to answer tax related questions regarding equity compensation

Your heroic skills:
- You completed your tax or financial studies (Bachelor or Master) at a university in Germany- Ideally, you have 1-3 years of experience in personal income taxation and have acquired as well as developed an understanding and interest in this area.- Basic knowledge of German income tax law will be an advantage.- Basic knowledge or experience in the area of equity based compensation/share plans- You are keen on gaining broad expertise in our Delivery Hero tax environment- You are a strong communicator in both German and English- You are a customer-oriented person with solid organizational skills, who likes working on the tasks independently- You are interested to work in the international environment and be in touch with all Delivery Hero teams around the globe
