**️ Your Impact**:
As a **Founder's Associate**, you’ll work directly with our Chief of Staff and founders on launching a new business unit that aims to revolutionize the blue-collar sector by centralizing and automating the back offices of small trade businesses.
- ** Be the right hand to the Chief of Staff**: Support day-to-day operations and high-impact strategic initiatives.
- ** Work cross-functionally with the founders** and various teams on business-critical topics.
- ** Drive key projects from idea to execution**:support market research, operations design, process automation, and product roll-out.

- You’re in the final stages of your **b**achelor’s**or already in your **master’s studies**—or** recently graduated.**

Previous experience in consulting, startups, or operations is a plus, but not a must.
