Mandatory Founder Associate Intern

**Your mission**:
As a Founder Associate Intern at Finoa, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the definition and execution of the company’s strategic priorities across the organization. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain deep insights into the responsibilities of a Founder Associate, the inner workings of our organizational structure, and the culture that drives Finoa’s success. You will work closely with senior leadership on high-impact projects, including the integration of AI-driven tools to enhance decision-making, operational efficiency, and performance management. This role is ideal for individuals eager to explore strategy, innovation (through crypto and AI), and leadership at the intersection of finance and technology.

**In this role, you will**:

- Assist in driving high-priority initiatives by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and helping ensure goals are met.
- Support the Founder’s Associate and leadership team in the rollout of AI-driven initiatives across the company, contributing to the adoption of tools that enhance efficiency, decision-making, and performance management.
- Monitor project milestones, gather feedback from stakeholders, and assist in tracking the impact of AI implementations on key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities where AI can streamline processes or improve data-driven insights.
- Take ownership of specific workstreams with guidance, including identifying challenges, conducting research and analysis, proposing solutions, and supporting their implementation.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to contribute to solving critical business problems and process improvements.
- Participate in multiple projects across different functions, gaining exposure to diverse areas of the business and developing adaptability.
- Act as a communication bridge by supporting the flow of information between leadership and staff, helping to promote the company’s vision, values, and culture.
- Help prepare materials, reports, and internal communications, and support the handling of ad hoc inquiries by researching issues and drafting proposed action steps.

- You have a willingness to explore new topics, take initiative, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- You bring solid communication skills and enjoy collaborating with diverse teams across functions.
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and excited to develop your project management abilities through hands-on experience.
- You speak English fluently, German is a plus.
