Als Project Lead HR Analytics & -Applications sind Sie für die Entwicklung und Verwaltung der HR-Datenarchitektur zuständig. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen die agile Weiterentwicklung der HR-Systemlandschaft, die Koordination systemischer Anpassungen sowie die Implementierung von Data Governance. Sie treiben die Standardisierung globaler HR-Metriken voran, beraten Stakeholder in Digitalisierungsprozessen und leiten Workshops mit internationalen Teams. Erfahrung in HR Analytics, Data Management und Business Intelligence ist dabei unerlässlich.

Aufgaben

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Data Engineering Führung: Sie verantworten die Entwicklung und Pflege einer hochmodernen HR-Analytics-Plattform. Als Senior-Projektleiter konzentrieren Sie sich auf die Integration und Optimierung von Big Data
- und BI-Lösungen, um tiefgreifende Workforce-Einblicke zu ermöglichen.
- Product Owner: Als zentraler Ansprechpartner und Product Owner steuern Sie die Produktvision und Roadmap. Sie priorisieren und validieren Produktanforderungen und sind für die End-to-End-Umsetzung der HR-IT-Lösungen verantwortlich.
- Management von Configuration Teams: Effektive Delegation und Leitung der Configuration Manager, um sicherzustellen, dass alle technischen Anpassungen und Implementierungen effizient und nach höchsten Standards erfolgen.
- Kapazitätsplanung und Ressourcenmanagement: Sie planen und allokieren Ressourcen gezielt für Projekte und Initiativen, um die strategischen Ziele effizient zu erreichen und den laufenden Betrieb zu optimieren.
- Stakeholder-Management: Enges Zusammenarbeiten mit internen Stakeholdern und IT-Teams, um die HR-IT-Strategie abzustimmen und die Unterstützung der Unternehmensziele durch technologische Lösungen sicherzustellen.

Qualifikation

**Ihre Qualifikationen**:

- Tiefgreifendes Verständnis und praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Data Engineering oder Business Intelligence.
- Bewährte Fähigkeiten in der (Projekt-) Leitung und Koordination von IT-Projekten, idealerweise im HR-Umfeld.
- Erfahrungen im Umgang mit gängigen ERP-Systemen wie D365 und SAP wären wünschenswert
- Starke Führungskompetenzen und Erfahrung in der Rolle des Product Owners.
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse für effektive Kommunikation und Präsentationen.
