**Team Lead - Data & Analytics (M/F/d)**

**Your mission**:

- ** Become an expert in our domain** - Gain deep understanding of our business and processes; build strong relationships and trust with organization stakeholders
- ** Lead a great team** - You lead, mentor and grow a competent and empowered data team, while collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing etc. to build an intuitive and impactful Data setup
- ** Develop Laserhub’s data-driven culture** - You become the cultural ambassador for data and its importance. In light of our vision and strategy, you recognize the biggest opportunities, empower departments, and make sure decisions are data-driven across the organization
- ** Evolve our infrastructure** - You challenge, increment and optimize our current setup (Looker, BigQuery, Segment, Google Analytics/GTM) and implement further technologies necessary to scale and evolve data in our business
- ** Drive growth through data** - You own, develop and run an end-to-end data process that caters to the needs of our customers and business. With your passion for data and analytics, you foster Laserhub’s growth with all activities within your scope

**Your profile**:

- 5+ years of relevant experience in data analytics or data science, with as least 2+ years of experience in leading data teams with your excellent leadership skills
- Experience with the relevant tooling, ideally with our current data stack (Looker, BigQuery, Segment, Google Analytics/GTM)
- Expert skills in data infrastructure, management, modeling and reporting. You also excel in data analytics and SQL
- Driven by solving complex business problems through data and analytics
- Enjoy working in a high-growth, high-pace environment while being entirely passionate for technology and the digitalization of the traditional manufacturing industry
- You challenge the status quo everyday and strive to improve our products and processes
- Great written and verbal communication skills in English
- You are well structured and able to interact with stakeholders in varied areas of the organization

**Your milestones**:

- By 1 month: You’ve become knowledgeable to a high degree of our data workflows and main challenges. You got to know your team, the data setup and the main processes
- By 3 months: You’ve become an important collaborator in the evolution of the data domain inside the organization, fulfilling data needs of our business and enhancing processes
- By 6+ months: You are bringing our company to the next level of data-driven decision making and creating a lot of value for our business. You lead, mentor and grow your team, while shaping the data culture in the organization
