Sales Support Specialist

We are looking for an organized, efficient sales support specialist to be responsible for administrative duties and assisting the sales department in gaining and keeping customers. The sales support specialist's responsibilities include tracking sales leads, coordinating quotes with sales packs, providing customer service, and managing customer accounts. The Sales Support Specialist is also responsible for monitoring sales and the performance of the sales team as well as recording sales data.

**Responsibilities**:
Key responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:

- Fostering an inclusive environment of teamwork, transparency, creativity and continuous improvement within the Global Sales Support Teams and trusted day-to-day business partner.
- End to End ownership of the “Opportunity to Quote” sales support activities of the dedicated regional responsibility.
- Ensure Customer enquiries are answered in a timely and professional manner within the agreed SLAs.
- Prepare quotes and maintain quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations. This task includes calculation and preparation of new sales / renewal quotes, conducting license customization and test license assessment.
- Support Field Sales with Special Pricing Request creation and approval management.
- Update customer data and quotation information to License Manager and SFDC in real time.
- Ensure the integrity of client information is maintained in the CRM, License Manager and Data Management Systems.
- Grow skill and expertise to perform quality assurance and begin to identify areas for improvement.
- Focus on customer needs and communicate with Senior Sales Support staff and management.
- Handle medium to high priority escalation items, while escalating most complex items to management for review and consideration.
- Work closely with the Regional Sales Leadership to ensure sales activities are in line with the overall strategic business plan.

**Education/Experience**:

- BA/BS preferred.
- German and English fluent language skills are required.
- 7+ years of relevant working experience in sales support functions or comparable fields within a SaaS or software company, start-up environment, or similar rapidly growing enterprise strongly preferred.
