München oder Düsseldorf ein Teil unseres Teams

Aufgaben
  • Du koordinierst Termine, bereitest diese vor und bist mit unseren Kunden im Kontakt
  • Du erstellst Angebote und Aufträge und prüfst entsprechende Dokumente
  • Du arbeitest an Ausschreibungen mit und stellst unter anderem die form- und fristgerechte Angebotsabgabe sicher
  • Du steuerst unsere Vertriebsprozesse mithilfe unseres CRMs und hältst dieses auf dem neuesten Stand
  • Du holst Feedback von unseren Kunden ein und stellst damit die Kundenzufriedenheit sicher
Qualifikation
  • Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung (Kauffrau/-mann für Bürokommunikation o. ä.) oder ein wirtschaftliches Studium (BWL o.ä.)
  • Du bringst bereits Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst oder Inside Sales mit
  • Du bringst sehr gute Office Kenntnisse mit: vor allem Excel und Power Point machen dir keine Angst
  • Du bist kommunikativ, sprichst fließend Deutsch und auf Englisch kannst Du Dich gut verständigen
